Atticus Lowe is a songwriter that some may well recognise, an artist who has assumed more than one previously identity.

Since gaining exposure on The Voice last year, Clark Carmody has gone away and taken stock. Resurfacing with a new moniker, Atticus Lowe, he’s followed up with recent demo release ‘Unaffected’. A statement of direction and intent, the father from Kidderminster’s new track, produced by the prolific Oli Bayston, is riven with sombre soul.

The demo version of ‘Unaffected’ is online now, and it’s an engrossing, subtly moving piece of songwriting. Pushing forward with renewed clarity, it’s a song that is both redolent of prior experience and a sign of further blossoming talent.
