London trio Felon (Archie Ward, George Renwick and James Levey) have put their heads together and created something pretty magical. Shimmering keys, swirly synths and solid straight beats are complimented by a pretty straight-forward, old school sounding bassline and sugary sweet vocals.

What I particularly like about this track is how you are thrown by the second drop. You fall into a new, more sinister, world of throbbing prolonged basslines and ominous atmospheric soundscapes. It’s strange but beautiful and for me, just works. It offers something refreshing that I think a lot of house music lacks – variation/change.

I’ll put money on the fact that we’ll be seeing more from these guys…
